Electronic Archiving of Enterprise Data

Abstract:

Cílem této práce je porozumět pojmům týkající se elektronické archivace podnikových dat a nejlépe navrhnout program pro archivaci dat. V teoretické části jsou charakterizovány základní a důležité pojmy z oblasti archivace, spisové služby. Je zde popsána cesta elektronického dokumentu až po archivaci. Zde jsem se zabývala i problematikou zdrojů podnikových dat, jejich životností. V aplikační části jsem se zabývala správou a ukládání podnikových dat. Zde jsem také vybrala a popsala systém zabývající se archivací podnikových dat a popsala, jak se archivuje v jedné vybrané firmě.

Abstract:

The aim of this work is to understand concepts related to the electronic archiving of enterprise data and suggest the best program for the data archiving. The theoretical part characterizes basic and important concepts of archiving, the filing service. It describes a path of an electronic document from the beginning to the end – its archiving. Here, I dealt with the issue of corporate data sources, and the data service life. In the practical part, I researched the enterprise data management and the data storage. I also selected and described a system dealing with the archiving of corporate data and described how the data is archived in a particular company.
