Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá do jisté míry novým institutem osvojení zletilého. Cílem je rozebrat a popsat současnou právní úpravu na území České republiky s lehkým naznačením historického vývoje celého institutu. To some extent, the Master´s thesis deals with the new set of legal norms of adopting adults. The paper describes the contemporary legislation of the Czech Republic and it also implies the historical development of the above-mentioned legal norms.
