Nursing care after the use of the Tavi method and after surgical surgery to replace the aortic valve

Abstract:

Teoretická část bakalářské práce se se zabývá souhrnem ošetřovatelské péče o pacienta po náhradě aortální chlopně za použití metody chirurgické a metody TAVI. V první části je definovaná obecná anatomie srdečních chlopní, jednotlivé základní vyšetřovací metody, nejčastější druhy vad a způsoby náhrad srdečních chlopní. V druhé části jsou podrobněji definovány obě zvolené metody s historií oborů a popisem průběhu výkonu. Ve třetí části je rozdělena ošetřovatelská péče v průběhu celé hospitalizace po obou zvolených metodách. Praktická části bakalářské práce je realizována metodou kvalitativního výzkumného šetření. Data byla získaná na podkladě polostrukturovaného rozhovoru se čtyřmi participanty dle stanovených kritérii po zvolených metodách. Vše probíhalo se souhlasem vedení a informovaným souhlasem participantů. Získaná data byla podrobena analýze a za použití otevřeného kódování rozdělena do kategorií a subkategorií. Výsledkem práce je zmapování a popis vnímání sebepéče participantů v jednotlivých oblastech.

Abstract:

The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis deals with the summary of nursing care of patients after aortic valve replacement using surgical and TAVI methods. The first part defines the general anatomy of the heart valves, the different basic examination methods, the most common types of defects and the methods of heart valve replacement. In the second part, the two chosen methods are defined in more detail, with a history of the disciplines and a description of the procedure. In the third part the nursing care during the whole hospitalization after both methods is divided. The practical part of the bachelor's thesis is carried out using the qualitative research method. The data was obtained on the basis of a semistructured interview with four participants according to the established criteria after the chosen methods. Everything was done with the consent of the management and informed consent of the participants. The data collected was analysed and categorised into categories and subcategories using open coding. As a result of the work, the participants' perceptions of self-care in each area were mapped and described.
