Abstract:

Diplomová práce s názvem „Úroveň znalostí první pomoci při popáleninách u laické veřejnosti“ je rozdělena na dvě části. První, teoretická část, která je rozdělena do šesti velkých kapitol a několika podkapitol, se zabývá první pomocí, kde jsou shrnuty základní pojmy, historie první pomoci, legislativa, hodnocení základních životních funkcí a volání na tísňové číslo 155. Dále se teoretická část zabývá vzděláváním v první pomoci a samozřejmě problematikou popálenin, kde je rozebrána historie popálenin, etiologie popálenin, stupně popálenin a ve zkratce popáleninová nemoc. Hlavní kapitolou je kapitola pátá, kde je popsán přesný postup laické první pomoci od zajištění technické první pomoci až po transport popáleného do zdravotnického zařízení. V poslední kapitole se teoretická část práce zabývá popáleninovým centrem. Analytická část zjišťuje úroveň znalostí laické veřejnosti vzhledem ke stanoveným cílům a hypotézám práce.

Abstract:

The thesis titled "The level of knowledge of first aid for burns at the general public" is divided into two parts. The first theoretical part, which is divided into six major chapters and several subchapters, deals with first aid, which summarizes the basic concepts, history of first aid, legislation, assessment of vital signs and call an emergency number 155. Furthermore, the theoretical part deals with education of first aid, and of course the issue of burns, where is analyzed history of burns, etiology of burns, degrees of burns, and in nutshell burn disease. The main chapter is the fifth chapter, which describes the exact procedure of first aid by providing technical assistance until the transport to a medical equipment. In the last chapter, the theoretical part of the thesis deals with the burn center. The analytical part investigates the level of knowledge of the general public on the objectives and assumptions of work.
