Diplomová práce se věnuje tématu profesního uplatnění žen v české kulturní sféře, které je konkrétně zkoumáno na příkladu vybraných kulturních organizací v Brně. Jsou vyhodnocena statistická data týkající se personální oblasti a zanalyzovány rozhovory se zaměstnankyněmi s cílem zjistit stav genderové rovnosti v těchto organizacích. The thesis examines the subject of the employment of women in the Czech cultural sphere by using the example of selected cultural organizations in Brno. Statistical data regarding workforce and interviews conducted with employees are evaluated to establish the level of gender equality present in these organizations.
