Abstract:
Diplomová práce se věnuje tématu morálního distresu u sestry v intenzivní péči. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a empirickou část. V teoretické části je popsán stres, morální distres, etika a duševní hygiena. Empirická část je postavená na kvantitativním výzkumu formou modifikovaného standardizovaného dotazníku. This thesis is focused on the topic of moral distress. It is separated into a theoretical and an empirical part. In the theoretical part stress, moral distress, ethics and mental health are described and characterized.
