Předložená diplomová práce byla zaměřena na možnost přímé analýzy suspenzí pro stanovení Be v reálných vzorcích půd a sedimentů s vysokým obsahem křemičitanů metodou HR-CS-AAS. Analýza suspenze je alternativní a časově úsporná metoda ve srovnání s postupy založenými na mineralizaci na mokré cestě. Abstract:
The presented diploma thesis was focused on direct slurry sampling for determination of Be in samples of soils and sediments with high content of silicate matrix by HR-CS-AAS method. Slurry sampling is an alternative and time-efficient method in comparison with procedures based on microwave digestion.
