Abstract:
Cílem této práce je vytvořit návrh na optimalizaci procesu vývoje software. Výchozím bodem pro tuto práci bude analýza současného stavu procesu podle dat, získaných během reálného vývoje. V této práci bude kladen důraz na použití nástrojů metodiky Six Sigma.
Abstract:
This thesis is intended to create the proposal for the software development process optimization. Detailed analysis of the current process will be performed on the real development data and a results of this analysis will be used as a starting point for this work. This thesis will be created with regards to using Six Sigma tools whenever possible.
