Témou tejto diplomovej práce je Štrajk – ústavnoprávny a pracovnoprávny pohľad. V úvodnej časti som sa najprv zamerala na históriu právnej úpravy a následne som nadviazala na vymedzenie pojmu štrajku v obecnej rovine. Hlavným ťažiskom celej diplomovej práce je úprava štrajku v právnych predpisoch. V prvom rade som rozobrala úpravu v medzinárodných prameňoch a na to naviazala vnútroštátnymi. Najväčšia …more
