Endangered Groups at the Labour Market

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá ohroženými skupinami na trhu práce, konkrétně absolventi, ženy s malými dětmi, osoby s nízkým vzděláním, osoby starší 50 let, osoby se zdravotním postižením a také etnikum. K řešení byla použita veřejně dostupná data zejména z databází Českého statistického úřadu a také z Eurostatu, která umožnila vyhodnocení situace těchto skupin na českém trhu práce v období let 2010 až 2022. Cílem práce je vyhodnotit situaci ohrožených skupin na českém trhu práce v letech 2010 až 2022. Teoretická část práce se zabývá vymezením ohrožených skupin na trhu práce a jejich problémům. Praktická část se zabývá vyhodnocením ohrožených skupin v České republice v letech 2010 až 2022. Provedeným vyhodnocením bylo zjištěno, že ohrožené skupiny na trhu práce čelí různým výzvám a bariérám, které ovlivňují jejich pracovní podmínky.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with vulnerable groups in the labor market, namely graduates, women with young children, people with low education, people over 50 years old, people with disabilities and also ethnicity.The solution used publicly available data mainly from the databases of the Czech Statistical Office and also from Eurostat, which enabled the evaluation of the situation of these groups on the Czech labor market in the period from 2010 to 2022. The aim of the work is to evaluate the situation of vulnerable groups on the Czech labor market in the years 2010 to 2022. The theoretical part of the work deals with the definition of vulnerable groups on the labor market and their problems. The practical part deals with the evaluation of vulnerable groups in the Czech Republic between 2010 and 2022. The evaluation found that vulnerable groups on the labor market face various challenges and barriers that affect their working conditions.
