An Optimisation of the Security System of the Velký Ořechov Elementary School

Abstract:

Cílem této diplomové práce je návrh optimalizace zabezpečovacího systému Základní školy Velký Ořechov s ohledem na minimální standard bezpečnosti škol a školských zařízení. Teoretická část obsahuje obecnou literární rešerši současného právního rámce vztahujícího se k problematice bezpečnosti v oblasti školství, definuje klíčové pojmy, jmenuje vybrané historické události z oblasti bezpečnosti ve školství a charakterizuje základní technické prostředky k zajištění bezpečnosti osob a majetku školských zařízení. V praktické části je proveden popis objektu, jeho okolí a realizováno bezpečnostní posouzení, které obsahuje charakteristiku řešeného objektu, popis jeho současného zabezpečení, analýzu rizik, aktiv a hrozeb. Následně je na základě výsledků analýz proveden optimalizační návrh zabezpečení ZŠ Velký Ořechov. Dále jsou specifikovány klíčové komponenty, jež byly použity pro optimalizaci zabezpečení, a je provedena cenová kalkulace návrhu.

Abstract:

The aim of this diploma thesis is a design of optimization system of Elementary School Velký Ořechov with regard to the minimal standard of schools and school facilities security. The theoretical part consists of general literature review of present legal framework related to the problematics of safety in the field of schooling, it defines key terms, names chosen historical events from the field of security in schools and characterizes fundamental technical tools for providing security and safety of people and property of school facilities. In the practical part is carried out a description of the object, its surroundings and a security evaluation, which includes a characteristics of the object in question, a description of its present security, an analysis of risks, assets and threats. Afterwards, based on the results of the analyses, an optimization design of security of Elementary School Velký Ořechov is carried out. Further are specified key components, which were used for optimization of security, and a costing of the design is carried out.
