Abstract:
This thesis deals with a motif of a soul and animist traditions in the Martinican prose. It uses ethnological terms connected with a scientific definition of animism, and also with religious and philosophical concepts of a soul. Diplomová práce se zabývá motivem duše a animistických tradic v martinické próze. Využívá etnologických termínů spjatých s vědeckou definicí animismu a zároveň pojmu duše v náboženském a filozofickém smyslu. Cílem práce je hledání prvků literárního animismu, který je v antilské literatuře rozšířeným toposem.
