Abstract:

Předkládaná bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou domácího násilí. Hlavní pozornost je přitom zaměřena na institut ?vykázání?, který dává policistům pravomoc vykázat násilnou osobu na deset dní ze společného obydlí. V teoretické části se práce zabývá problémem domácího násilí s cílem seznámit čtenáře s důležitými pojmy, které se k danému tématu vztahují. Kromě obecného popisu se zde zmiňuji i o pachatelích a obětech domácího násilí, kterými jsou nejčastěji ženy v partnerských vztazích. Závěr teoretické části se věnuje aktu vykázání a návrhu na předběžné opatření, který dobu vykázání prodlužuje. V praktické části jsou shrnuty výsledky průzkumu, který byl zaměřen na získání dalších informací a praktických poznatků o domácím násilí a vykázání jeho pachatele a to od policistů, kteří se na tuto problematiku specializují.

Abstract:

The presented bachelor thesis discusses general aspects of domestic violence. The main focus of the thesis is the legal tool of ?expulsion? which gives the police the right to expulse a violator from the common residence for ten days. The theoretical part of the project deals with the issue of domestic violence and concentrates on making the reader familiar with essential terminology associated with the subject. Besides general description I have also included comments on perpetrators and victims of domestic violence, the latter in most cases being women in intimate relationships. The conclusion of the theoretical part deals with the act of expulsion as well as preliminary injunction which extends the length of expulsion. The empirical part summarizes the results of the survey which was aimed at obtaining additional information and practical experience from domestic violence and violator expulsion by policemen specialized in this matter.
