Study of panel building energy intensity decreasing

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se v první části zabývá vysvětlením energetické náročnosti budovy a protokolem energetické náročnosti. V druhé části jsou uvedeny požadavky na nízkoenergetický a energeticky pasivní standart. V následující kapitole jsou výpočty na konkrétní budově, měření IR kamerou a jsou uvedena opatření jaká by byla nutná pro dosažení nízkoenergetického či pasivně energetického standartu. Následuje ekonomické zhodnocení a návratnost investic při jednotlivých opatřeních.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the explanation of the energy performance of the building and energy performance protocol in the first part. In the second part, there are listed demands on low-energy and passive energy standard. The next part of thesis deals with calculations on specific building, measurement with IR camera and there are also listed measures, which were required for attained low-energy or passive energy standard. In the last part, there are economic evaluation and the return of the investments for individual proposals.
