The Proposition of the Stock Register Records System at the Snack Seller Martin Stummer

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá optimalizací systému skladové evidence u živnostníka Martina Stummera. Nejprve jsou rozebírány procesy skladování se zaměřením na možnost zavedení skladové evidence. V současné době jí nabízí spousta firem a je přizpůsobena jejich požadavkům. Tyto poznatky jsou dále analyzovány v konkrétní firmě, u níž je hod-noceno postavení na trhu, produkty a možnosti standardizace pracovních postupů. Pro zpřehlednění současné situace je navrženo využívání programu Pohoda Jazz. K němu je navržen doplňkový modul pro práci s čárovými kódy a vhodná čtečka čárových kódů. Na základě těchto návrhů jsou vyčísleny náklady a uveden postup zavedení a práce v pro-gramu.

Abstract:

This Bachelor Thesis deals with the proposal of suitable software for stock management in Martin Stummer's enterprise. First, storage processes are looked into, focusing on the pos-sibility of introducing a stock register. Currently, this option is offered by various pro-grams tailored to suit the needs of companies. These findings are further analysed using the example of a specific company, with its position in the market, products, and possibilities of working procedure standardization being evaluated. To make the current situation clearer, the use of the Pohoda Jazz program has been sug-gested together with an additional module enabling working with barcodes alongside a suitable barcode reader. Based on these proposals, costs have been estimated and the im-plementation procedure and working processes in the program have been presented.
