Cílem diplomové práce je vypracovat plán přeměny podnikání u konkrétní fyzické osoby, zanalyzovat účetní a daňové aspekty této přeměny, zhodnotit výstupy kalkulací a následně zformulovat doporučení. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí, v první části dochází pomocí metod literární rešerše a deskripce k teoretickému vymezení jednotlivých forem podnikání a daňové teorie.
