Bakalářská práce se zabývá právní úpravou forem podnikání v České republice a ve Spolkové republice Německo. Práce přehledně popisuje jednotlivé kroky od rozhodnutí podnikat až po samotné založení firmy. Názorně je ukázán proces založení společnosti s ručením omezeným v ČR a obdobné společnosti v SRN. The bachelor thesis is about jurisdiction of businesses in the Czech Republic and in Germany. The theses clearly describes each step from making the decision to start a business up to setting up a company.
