Abstract:
Cílem práce je sledovat systém oceňování, účtování a řízení zásob ve výrobní firmě. Budou zde použity nástroje, které mají vést k optimalizaci množství, minimalizovat celkovou hodnotu skladu: Just in Time dodávky, konsignační sklad, zavedení dodavatelského kanbanu a kontrola logistických toků. Celková analýza je zhodnocena za kalendářní rok 2008.
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to trace the systems of evaluation of inventory, its bookkeeping and management in the production plant. I will use the tools that are supposed to help optimize the stock level and minimize the total value of inventory – such as Just in Time deliivery, consignment stock, supplier kanban implementation and logistic flow control. The total analysis evaluates the year 2008.
