Abstract:

ABSTRAKT Tématem této diplomové práce je problematika Downova syndromu. Práce s názvem „Formální a obsahová analýza Scénotestu u lidí s Downovým syndromem vzhledem k míře předem zjištěného mentálního deficitu“ je rozdělena do dvou částí. První část diplomové práce, která představuje teoretickou základnu pro empirickou část, shrnuje mnohé informace, které se týkají výše zmíněné problematiky Downova syndromu. První kapitola je věnována obecným a lékařským poznatkům a představuje tak úvod do problematiky Downova syndromu. Pozornost je pak dále věnována především psychologickým, terapeutickým, vývojovým a sociálním aspektům dané diagnózy, které jsou pro nás zvlášť nosným zdrojem poznání pro posuzování dat získaných ve výzkumném šetření. Teoretická část se tématicky věnuje také hře na její obecné úrovni, na úrovni jejích vývojových specifik a v souvislostech jejího potenciálu pro psychologickou práci. V závěru první části diplomové práce je pak podrobněji popsána metoda Scénotest. Výzkumné šetření, které se zabývalo formální a obsahovou analýzou Scénotestu u lidí s Downovým syndromem a které bylo realizováno v rámci této diplomové práce, představuje její empirická část. Šetření proběhlo v Ústavech sociální péče a stacionářích Středočeského, Jihočeského a Východočeského kraje. Vybraným probandům byla administrována metoda Scénotest a sebrána diagnostická a anamnestická data. Veškerá získaná data byla zpracována pomocí popisné statistiky a podrobena formální a obsahové analýze. Zjištěná specifika jsou uvedena a interpretována v závěru empirické části.

Abstract:

ABSTRACT The theme of this graduation theses is the Down´s syndrome issue. The work with the title Formal and contentual analysis of Scene-test performed with people suferring from Down Syndome with respect to the degree of predefined mental deficit“ is divided into two parts. The first part of the graduation theses, which represents the theoretical base for the empirical part, summarizes many information, which are related to the aforesaid Down´s syndrome issue. The attention is further given especially to the psychological, therapeutic, evolutionary and social aspects of the given diagnosis, which are for us particularly supporting source of knowledge for the examining of the data acquired in the research study. The subject of the theoretical part is also the game at its general level, at the level of its evolutionary specifics and in connection with its potential for psychological work. At the close of the first part of the graduation theses the method Scenotest is described in more detail. The research study, which dealt with formal and content analysis of the Scenotest applied to the people with the Down´s syndrome and which was carried out within this graduation theses, represents its emipirical part. The research proceeded in the social-service work institutions and social welfare institutions of the Central Bohemian, South Bohemian and East Bohemian Region. The Scenotest method was administrated to the selected probands and the diagnostic and anamnesis data were collected from them. All acquired data were processed by means of descriptive statistics and put through formal and content analysis. Detected specifics are listed and interpreted at the close of the empirical part.
