Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá právní angličtinou s ohledem na její nesrozumitelnost. Snaží se identifikovat příčiny nesrozumitelnosti právních textů a navrhuje, jak zjednodušit právní angličtinu. Abstract:
This thesis deals with legal English in terms of its incomprehensibility. It seeks to identify reasons for miscomprehension of legal texts and to give suggestions to make legal English more simple. Then it analyses jury instructions which are given to the jury on the matters of law in the Anglo-American court proceedings.
