Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se věnuje výpočtům pro návrh vtokové soustavy u technologie vysokotlakého lití a pro rychlé a snadné dosažení výsledků. Nejdříve jsou v práci uvedené teoretické informace o technologii – koncepce lití pod tlakem aneb jaké metody se využívají. Následující části jsou věnovány popisu stroje pro tlakové lití, rozdělení typů forem a způsobu plnění materiálu do formy. Dalším bodem je rozdělení soustav pro odlévání, kde se dále rozebírá více soustava vtoková a její jednotlivé součásti. V části metodické jsou uvedeny všechny důležité vzorce k výpočtu návrhu vtokové soustavy. Praktická část se zaměřuje na program MS Excel, kde je cílem přehledně zobrazit jednotlivé rozměry vtokové soustavy, které je nutno dle uvedených vzorců vypočítat. Výsledkem této práce je podpůrný program, který má pomoci uživateli rychle pochopit, jaké veličiny potřebuje k návrhu vtokové soustavy a jaké má možnosti k jejich výpočtu dle vložených funkcí, tabulek a grafů.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis is devoted to calculations for the design of the gating system in die casting technology for quick and easy results. First of all, the thesis presents theoretical information about the technology – the concept of die casting and what methods are used. The following sections are devoted to the description of the die casting machine, the division of mold types and the method of filling the material into the mold. Another point is the division of systems for casting, where the sprue system and its individual components are further analyzed. In the methodological part, all important formulas for calculating the design of the gating system are presented. The practical part focuses on the MS Excel program, where the goal is to clearly display the individual dimensions of the gating system which must be calculated according to the presented formulas. The result of this work is a support program, which should help the user to quickly understand what parametres he needs to design the gating system and what possibilities he has to calculate them according to presented functions, tables and graphs.
