Aerobics and Training of Children in Aerobic Team Show
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce charakterizuje dětský aerobik, soutěžní formy aerobiku, somatické faktory soutěžních forem aerobiku a sportovní přípravu dětí. Podrobně rozpracovává věková období dětí a soustřeďuje se na sportovní trénink dětí včetně ukázek jednotlivých cvičení v jejich motoricko-funkční přípravě.
Abstract:
Bachelorś thesis describes childrenś aerobics, competitive forms of aerobics,somatic factors of the competitive forms of aerobics and a sportive preparation of children. It elaborates particular age groups of children and concentrates on a training of the kids including applied illustrations of the particular exercises in their motoric and dynamic preparation.
