Diplomová práce se zabývá rozborem pracovního trhu a uplatněním osob ve výkonu trestu odnětí svobody nebo znevýhodněných záznamem v Rejstříku trestů. Práce zahrnuje teoretické hledisko zaměstnávání a vězeňství v České republice, s důrazem na vzdělávání a zaměstnávání vězňů, jakožto základní faktory ovlivňující kvalitu života po propuštění z vězení.
