Industry 4.0 in a company of chemical industry

Abstract:

Koncepce industry 4.0 proniká do všech koutů průmyslu s cílem zefektivnit a zrychlit průmyslovou výrobu, zefektivnit využití zdrojů a materiálů, a celkově směřuje k ekologičtějšímu průmyslu a lidskému životu. Výjimkou není ani chemický průmysl, na který je tato práce zaměřená. Cílem této práce je zhodnocení, do jaké míry proniká koncepce Industry 4.0 do podniku českého chemického průmyslu a jak jsou vnímány příležitosti a rizika této koncepce.Pro dosažení tohoto cíle je v práci na základě analýzy literatury představen chemický průmysl, dále jsou identifikovány faktory, které naznačují průnik koncepce Industry 4.0 do podniku chemického průmyslu, a poté jsou identifikovány příležitosti a rizika pro chemický průmysl, které jsou spojené s touto koncepcí.Další část práce představuje právě zhodnocení, do jaké míry proniká koncepce Industry 4.0 do konkrétního podniku českého chemického průmyslu a vnímání příležitostí a rizik této koncepce. Toto zhodnocení je provedeno na základě dat získaných z polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s pracovníky Podniku CH, který je pro tuto práci na vlastní žádost anonymizován.Výsledkem této práce je především zhodnocení průniku Industry 4.0 do Podniku CH a představení vnímání příležitostí a rizik této koncepce pracovníky tohoto podniku.

Abstract:

The Industry 4.0 concept penetrates all corners of the industry with the goal of streamlining and speeding up industrial production, streamlining the use of resources and materials, and moving towards more environment friendly industry and human life. The chemical industry which this work focuses on is not an exception.The objective of this work is to evaluate the extent to which the Industry 4.0 concept penetrates a company of Czech chemical industry and how the opportunities and risks of this concept are perceived.In order to achieve this goal, the chemical industry is introduced, then the factors that indicate the penetration of the Industry 4.0 concept into a company of chemical industry are identified and then the opportunities and risks for the chemical industry associated with this concept are identified.The next part of the work is the evaluation of the extent to which the Industry 4.0 concept penetrates into a company of Czech chemical industry and how the opportunities and risks are precieved. This evaluation is based on data obtained from semi-structured interviews with employees of the Company CH, which is anonymized in this work at its own request.The result of this work is mainly the evaluation of the extent to which the Industry 4.0 concept penetrates into the Company CH and the presentation of how the opportunities and risks of this concept are precieved by the employees of this company.
