Distribution of Digitaria ischaemum and D. sanguinalis in the Czech Republic
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce popisuje rozšíření rosičky lysé (Digitaria ischaemum) a r. krvavé (D. sanguinalis) v České republice. Na základě znaků v určovacích klíčích jsem revidoval nebo určil přibližně 700 herbářových dokladů rosiček, které byly pořízeny na území dnešní České republiky. Výsledkem práce je databáze a předběžné mapy rozšíření studovaných druhů a poddruhů na tomto území.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis describes the distribution of Digitaria ischaemum and D. sanguinalis in the Czech Republic, based on a revision of herbarium specimens. Using identification keys in field guides, I revised about 700 herbarium Digitaria specimens collected in the Czech Republic.
