Tato práce je zaměřena na analýzu kyselých glykosfingolipidů z plazmy s využitím MALDI hmotnostní spektrometrie. This thesis is focused on the analysis of acid glycosphingolipids from plasma using MALDI mass spectrometry. The theoretical part briefly describes the biological functions of the studied lipids in human organism and a general overview of methods for their analysis, mainly mass spectrometry.
