Dietary fiber as a component of functional foods
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce stručně charakterizuje funkční potraviny a jejich preventivní účinky v řadě civilizačních onemocnění. Její podstatná část je zaměřená na vlákninu, jako jednu ze složek funkčních potravin, a na vybrané druhy potravin s funkčními vlastnostmi.
Abstract:
This bachelor work describe functional foods and their preventional effects in many civilization diseases. Chief is focused on dietary fiber such a one component of functional foods and on the choice variety of foodstuffs with functional qualities too.
