Communication skill of feedback by managers in specific enterprise

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá důležitou komunikační dovedností a to zpětnou vazbou a její udělování v konkrétním podniku. V teoretické části je definován manažer, dělení manažerů, funkce manažerů a komunikační styly manažerů a poté volně přecházím na vysvětlení pojmu komunikace, její formy, typy, teorie a příčiny selhání a v závěru popisuji pojem zpětná vazba, její typy a doporučená pravidla od autorů pro její udělování. V aplikační části jsem si stanovila výzkumné otázky, které byly po mém výzkumu zodpovězeny a dále dvě hypotézy, které jsem pomocí výzkumných metod potvrdila nebo vyvrátila. Závěrem jsou odhalené výsledky mého výzkumu ohledně poskytování zpětné vazby ve vybraném podniku.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis discusses the important communication skills and feedback and the granting of the chosen company. In the theoretical part the manager, division managers, office managers and communication styles of managers and then freely moving to explain the concept of communication, its forms, types, theories and causes of failure, and I describe the concept of feedback, its types and rules recommended by the authors for its granting. In the application part, I set the research questions that were answered by my research and two hypotheses, which I'm using scientific methods to confirm or refute. In conclusion, the results of my research revealed about providing feedback in a selected company.
