Práce se věnuje popisu a analýze právního postavení tajemníka obecního úřadu v rámci českém obecního zřízení, jeho ustanovení a odvolání z funkce, povinnostem k voleným orgánům obce, povinnostem vůči zaměstnancům obce.

This thesis is devoted to the description and analysis of the status of the Secretary of the local office in the Czech municipal establishment, its provisions and appeals from office, the duties of the elected local authorities, responsibilities towards employees of the municipality
