Cílem této diplomové práce je rozbor metakognitivních aspektů vzhledem ke specifikům pomáhajících profesí, zejména pak k zátěžovým situacím a syndromu vyhoření. Teoretická část se bude ve třech kapitolách zabývat základními poznatky souvisejícími s metakognicí a pomáhajícími profesemi. The main purpose of the thesis is analysis of metacognition aspects considering specifics of helping professes especially mental load and Burnout syndrome. The theoretical part in three chapters analyzes essential information deals with metacognition and helping professes. First chapter looks at issue of intelligence and related terms.
