Diplomová práca sa zaoberá aplikáciou metodiky lean six sigma,ktorej pôvodom je výrobné prostredie, v sektore ICT so zameraním na oblasť služieb. Teoretická časť charakterizuje služby, lean six sigma, sektor ICT a DMAIC proces pre implementovanie LSS v podniku.
