Abstract:
Jedlé květy jsou od pradávna součástí lidských životů. Ať už jde o gastronomii, kulturu a s ní spojené náboženství anebo o medicínu. V Evropě se v posledních letech etablovaly jako součást cukrařiny i moderní kuchyně či k výrobě domácích mastí, tinktur či čajových směsí.
