Práce se věnuje regulaci stavebních projektů ze strany státní správy a samosprávy a jejich ovlivňováním spolky typu NIMBY. Cílem práce je analyzovat dopady regulací a postojů spolků NIMBY a vyhodnotit, zda tyto zákroky a postoje jsou pro některou zainteresovanou stranu ekonomicky (či jinak) přínosné a účelné či nikoliv. Abstract:
The thesis focuses on the regulation of construction projects by state and local governments and their influence by associations such as NIMBY. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the impact of the regulations and attitudes of NIMBY associations and to evaluate whether or not these interventions and attitudes are economically (or otherwise) beneficial and expedient for any stakeholder.
