The aim of this thesis is to provide a summary overview of the issues concerning the proces of evidence. In this work we focused on the characteristics of various forms of evidence and means of evidence and described the precise courses which are connected to this theme. Abstract:
Cieľom tejto bakalárskej práce je poskytnúť prehľadnú orientáciu v problematike týkajúcej sa dôkazného procesu. V bakalárskej práci sme sa zamerali na charakteristiku jednotlivých dôkazov, dôkazných prostriedkov a presným popisom úkonov, ktoré sú s touto problematikou spojene. Súčasťou práce je sú aj mnohé konkrétne príklady a porovnania zákonov prípadne predpisov s ich fungovaním v praxi
