Analysis of competition of the Baby club Katka
Abstract:
Předmětem této práce je s využitím vybraných nástrojů a metod strategické analýzy analyzovat odvětví poskytování služeb plavání kojenců, batolat a dětí předškolního věku, s cílem nalezení konkurenční výhody vybraného podniku, Baby clubu Katka, a možností využití výsledků dílčích analýz při formulaci strategických opatření.
Abstract:
This thesis analyses the sector of services of swimming for infants, toddlers and preschool children, using the tools and methods of strategic analysis. The aim of this thesis is to find competitive advantage of the selected business, the Baby club Katka, and to use the results of partial analyses in the process of formulation of the strategic measures.
