Bakalářská práce zjišťuje vliv vybraných determinantů na vznik mzdové mezery mezi muži a ženami v České republice. Zabývám se těmito hlavními faktory: věkem, vzděláním, odvětvím a velikostí podniku. Cílem je prokázat působení těchto faktorů na mzdovou mezeru. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na analýzu mzdové mezery, determinanty mzdy a diskriminaci. The bachelor thesis studies the influence of selected determinants on the creation of a wage gap between men and women in the Czech Republic. It deals with the following main factors: age, education, industry and size of enterprise. The aim is to demonstrate the effect of these factors on the wage gap.
