Receivables and Payables from Business Relations in the Selected Company

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na pohledávky a závazky z obchodních vztahů ve vybrané společnosti. Cílem práce je rozbor těchto položek v rozvaze a doporučení pro jejich lepší řízení. Teoretická část je rozdělena do tří základních částí, kde v první a druhé části jsou charakterizovány pohledávky a závazky, jejich vznik, ocenění, účtování, zajištění a zánik. Poslední část je věnována finanční analýze některých poměrových ukazatelů. Úvod praktické části je věnován krátké charakteristice společnosti XYZ. Praktická část dále pokračuje rozborem pohledávek a závazků v rozvaze, vznikem a zánikem pohledávek a závazků, jejich oceněním a účtováním. V závěru je uvedena krátká finanční analýza pohledávek a závazků.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on receivables and liabilities from business relationships in the selected company. The aim of the work is the analysis of these items in the balance sheet and recommendations for their better management. The theoretical part is divided into three basic parts, where the first and second part characterizes receivables and liabilities, their origin, valuation, accounting, collateral and extinction. The last part is devoted to the financial analysis of some ratios. The introduction of the practical part is devoted to a brief description of the company XYZ. The practical part continues with the analysis of receivables and liabilities in the balance sheet, the emergence and termination of receivables and liabilities, their valuation and accounting. In the conclusion, a brief financial analysis of receivables and liabilities is given.
