Anotácia:

Předmětem diplomové práce „Integrace regulace a dohledu finančních institucí“ je analyzovat důvody, proč státy integrují regulaci a dohled finančních institucí, a vysvětlit všechny aspekty spojené s procesem integrace. Úvodní kapitola se zaměřuje na důvody regulace a dohledu finančních institucí a definuje integrovanou regulaci a dohled. Integraci regulace a dohledu finančních institucí v České republice je věnována čtvrtá kapitola. Poslední část se týká vývojových trendů v regulaci a dohledu a vlivu finanční krize v této oblasti.

Abstract:

The goal of the thesis “Integration of the regulation and supervision of financial institutions” is to analyze reasons why countries integrate the regulation and supervision of financial institutions and to explain all aspects involved in the process of integration. The opening chapter is focused on reasons for the regulation and supervision of financial institutions and is defining the integrated regulation and supervision. The integration of the regulation and supervision of financial institutions in the Czech Republic is described in the fourth chapter. The final part concerns development trends in the regulation and supervision and influence of the financial crisis.
