Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá stanovení ceny nové certifikace ve firmou ITC. Cílem práce je návrh nejvhodnější varianty zavedení nové služby na trh, popřípadě rozhodnout zda je pro firmu výhodné novou službu certifikace zařadit do portfolia služeb. This bachelor thesis deals with determination of a price for a new certificate in the company of ITC. The aim of the thesis is a proposal of the best variant of introducing a new service in the market, or to decide if it is advantageous for the company to introduce a new service of certification.
