Hranice rozlišovací schopnopsti optických mikroskopů

Limits of resoluiton properties of optical microscopes
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje principům optické mikroskopie a její limitní rozlišovací hranici, okrajově i hloubce ostrosti pole. Byly vyrobeny tři druhy kalibračních vzorků se schodky a jejich proměřením byla ověřena kalibrace mikroskopu Zeiss E2. Také byla ověřena hloubka ostrosti objektivů tohoto mikroskopu.
Abstract:
In this bachelors thesis we study principles of microscopy imaging and limits of the optical system resolution and its depth of fields as well. Three types of calibration samples with stairs have been produced. By measuring these samples the microscope Zeiss E2 calibration has been verified. The depth of field of lens of this microscope has been verified as well.
