Effective management of human resources (in a sports club)

Abstract:

Tématem mé diplomové práce je efektivní řízení lidských zdrojů (ve sportovním klubu). V teoretické části se věnuji zejména charakteristice „vzdělávání“ a motivace jak v klasické společnosti, tak ve sportovním klubu. Obecně zde popisuji ekonomiku sportovního klubu, jeho financování, řízení a fungování. Dále popisuji rozdíly mezi amatérismem a profesionalitou co se týče financování. V praktické části mé diplomové práci se díky interním informacím věnuji samotnému florbalovému klubu Herbadent SJM Praha 11. Věnuji se „vzdělávání“ neboli tréninku všech věkových kategorií v klubu. Snažím se zachytit motivaci, která je spojena se sportovními úspěchy klubu. Věnuji se řízení sportovních aktivit a financování florbalového klubu. Popisuji florbalový klub, který patří pod obecně prospěšnou společnost. Na závěr navrhuji a doporučuji veškerá opatření pro zlepšení motivace hráček, či řízení florbalového klubu a tvorbě marketingu.

Abstract:

The topic of my thesis is the efficient management of human resources (in a sports club). In the theoretical part depicts the characteristics of "education" and the motivation in the sport club. I describe the economy in general for sport club, financing, management and operation. I also describe the differences between amateurism and professionalism in terms of funding. In the practical part of my thesis, thanks to inside information devoted to the floorball club Herbadent SJM Prague 11 I attend "training" or training of all ages in the club. I am trying to capture the motivation that is associated with sports club achievements. I examine the management of sport activities and financing of floorball club. I describe floorball club that belongs to the public benefit corporation. In conclusion, I suggest and recommend any measures to improve the motivation of players, or management of floorball club and creating marketing.
