Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na aktuální problémy v oblasti laboratorních žádanek a zpracování výsledků v rámci EUC Mamocentra v Českých Budějovicích, a to s cílem navrhnout možná zlepšení v podobě digitalizace. Práce poskytuje přehled současného stavu informačních systémů ve zdravotnictví, přičemž teoretická část se zabývá elektronizací zdravotnictví, datovým formátem DASTA, možnostmi přenosu dat a bezpečností takového přenosu. Dále jsou v práci diskutovány legislativní požadavky a situace na Slovensku v této oblasti. Praktická část práce se podrobně zabývá fungováním EUC Mamocentra v Českých Budějovicích. Jsou zde detailně popsány požadavky na provoz oddělení, aby bylo zajištěno dostatečné pochopení jeho fungování a následné navržení změn. Praktická část pak přináší konkrétní navržené změny, jako je digitalizace žádanek, optimalizace tvorby štítků a úpravy v implementaci výsledků. Tyto návrhy jsou následně hodnoceny oslovenými specialisty, kteří posuzují přínosy pro oddělení a upozorňují na možná rizika. Cílem diplomové práce je vypracování koncepce pro digitalizaci žádanek pro bioptická vyšetření v rámci EUC Mamocentra v Českých Budějovicích. První část návrhu se zaměřuje na tvorbu digitálních žádanek pro laboratoř, zatímco druhá část se věnuje implementaci nového procesu zpracování výsledků z laboratoře do nemocničního informačního systému.

Abstract:

The thesis focuses on current problems in the area of laboratory applications and results processing within the EUC Mamocentre in České Budějovice, with the aim of proposing possible improvements in the form of digitalization. The thesis provides an overview of the current state of information systems in health care, while the theoretical part deals with the computerization of health care, the DASTA data format, the possibilities of data transmission and the security of such transmission. Furthermore, the thesis discusses the legislative requirements and the situation in Slovakia in this area. The practical part of the thesis deals in detail with the functioning of the EUC Mamocentre in České Budějovice. The requirements for the operation of the department are described in detail to ensure a sufficient understanding of its functioning and subsequent proposal of changes. The practical part then presents specific proposed changes, such as digitization of claims, optimization of label creation and modifications in the implementation of results. These proposals are then evaluated by the specialists interviewed, who assess the benefits to the department and highlight potential risks. The aim of the thesis is to develop a concept for the digitalization of biopsy request forms within the EUC Mamocentre in České Budějovice. The first part of the proposal focuses on the creation of digital requisitions for the laboratory, while the second part is devoted to the implementation of a new process of processing results from the laboratory into the hospital information system.
