The Arbitration Proceeding in Czech Republic
Abstract:
Spory vždy byly, jsou a budou součástí naší civilizace. V této bakalářské práci se zabývám mimosoudním řešením sporů. Tato práce charakterizuje rozhodčí řízení v České republice, dále vysvětluje základní instituty rozhodčího řízení, a též pojednává o stále aktuálním tématu, kterým je rozhodčí smlouva.
Abstract:
Conflicts has always been present in our society. I introduce a way of non-court dealing with conflicts. This bachelor thesis characterizes arbitration, further introduces core institutions of arbitration in Czech Republic and also deals with still important theme, which is arbitration agreement.
