Old maps as a background for ethnographic research
Abstract:
Cílem této práce je popsat postupnou proměnu intravilánu a extravilánu v oblasti hukvaldského panství na základě dostupných starých map od poloviny 17. století až do současnosti. Podrobně jsou zkoumány zákresy jednotlivých osad na nejstarší mapě panství a srovnávány s dostupnými vedutami, mapami tří vojenských mapování, stabilním katastrem a současnými mapami. The aim of this thesis is to describe gradual transformation of built-up and rural area within the Hukvaldy dominion using available old maps from the mid-17th century to the present. Schematic drawings of the settlement in the oldest map of the dominion were studied and compared with existing vedute, military survey maps, stabile cadastre and current maps.
