Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá stanovením optimálních distribučních tras pro společnost Libebit tak, aby přinesla úsporu v oblasti nákladů. Hlavním cílem bylo stanovit distribuční trasy tak, aby i při rostoucím počtu stálých odběratelů bylo možné uspokojit jejich požadavky pomocí jednoho rozvážkového vozidla a pomocí jednoho FTE. Práce je tvořena dvěma celky. První se zabývá dopravními otázkami obecně, popisuje nejčastěji řešené situace v oblasti distribuce, stanovuje základní pojmy, kterými jsou logistika, operační výzkum a více okružní dopravní úloha. Druhý celek představuje aplikační část. V té se provádí analýza dostupných informací, a hlavně požadavků na optimalizaci současného stavu. Clarke-Wrightovou metodou bylo stanoveno nové dopravní schéma a výsledek porovnán se stávajícím stavem ve společnosti. Bylo dosaženo snížení nákladů jak menším nájezdem kilometrů, tak i zkrácením pracovní doby zaměstnance provádějícího distribuci. Výzkum byl ovšem omezen současnou situací ve firmě a nezabýval se možným rozšířením distribučních možností.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with determining the optimal distribution routes for Libebit so as to bring cost savings. The main goal was to determine the distribution routes so that even with the growing number of regular customers, it is possible to satisfy their requirements with the help of one delivery vehicle and one FTE. The work consists of two parts. The first deals with transport issues in general, describes the most frequently solved situations in the field of distribution, sets out the basic concepts, which are logistics, operational research and a more circular transport task. The second unit is the application part. It analyzes the available information, and especially the requirements for optimizing the current situation. The Clarke-Wright method determined a new transport scheme and compared the result with the current situation in the company. Costs were reduced both by reducing the number of kilometers and by reducing the working hours of the distribution employee. However, the research was limited by the current situation in the company and did not address the possible expansion of distribution options.
