Comparison of the development of power and speed capabilities of the bicros - riders

Abstract:

V diplomové práci shrnujeme dosavadní poznatky z cyklisticé disciplíny bikros. Zároveň se zaměřujeme na sportovní trénink a metody rozvoje pohybových schopností. V empirické části porovnáváme výsledky získané z tréninkových plánů jezdců v zimním a přípravném období, kde se zaměřujeme na poměr zapojení svalových partií, poměr rozvoje pohybových schopností a formu tréninku. Práce je zpracována tak, aby sloužila především ke znázornění rozdílu v metodách rozvoje pohybových schopností jezdců v obdobích.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis gives a summary of existing knowledge of the cycling disciplines bicross. At the same time focus on sports training and methods to develop movement skills. In the empirical section we compare the results obtained from the training plans of riders in the winter and the preparatory period, where we focus on the relationship involving muscles, the ratio of the development of motor skills and form of training. The work is prepared to serve primarily to illustrate the difference in the methods of development of motor skills in times of racers.
