Communication facillities as one of premises in dynamic development financial group

Abstract:

As the name of the Bachelor´s thesis suggests, it´s content is the issue of an effective communication in the financial group. Theoretical beginning of the work is dealing with the importance of communication, its types and in other parts we mention specific communication skills within a financial group, and later also suggestions to improve communication in the financial group and its benefits. Ability to communicate effectively is an essential part of every financier, therefore it is important that companies need not underestimate it and implement trainings for their employees who are regularly dealing with customers / clients. This not only increases the opportunity for companies to increase profits, but also their level.

Abstract:

Ako vyplýva zo samotného názvu Bakalárskej práce, jej obsahom je problematika efektívneho komunikovania vo finančnej skupine. V práci sa zaoberáme na začiatku teóriou ako je význam komunikácie, jej druhy a v ďalších častiach uvádzame konkrétne komunikačné zručnosti vo vnútri finančnej skupiny a neskôr aj návrhy a zlepšenia komunikácie vo finančnej skupine a jej prínos. Vedieť efektívne komunikovať je nevyhnutnou súčasťou každého finančníka, preto je dôležité, aby spoločnosti túto potrebu nepodceňovali a uskutočňovali pre svojich zamestnancov, ktorí sú v pravidelnom jednaní so zákazníkmi/klientmi, školenia. Tým sa spoločnostiam zvyšuje nielen možnosť zvýšenia zisku, ale rovnako aj ich úroveň.
