Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá výskytem pooperačních komplikací u pacientů po plicních resekcích, kteří tento zákrok podstoupili v roce 2010. Teoretická část se zabývá diagnostikou plicních onemocnění, typy plicních resekcí a zejména komplikacemi, ke kterým může po výkonu dojít, a následnou pooperační péčí o pacienta.Výzkumná část prezentuje výsledky získané z retrospektivní studie dokumentace pacientů. This work deals with the occurrence of postoperative complications after lung resections in patients who underwent the surgery in 2010. The theoretical part pursues lung disease diagnosis, types of lung resections and complications which may appear after surgery and subsequent postoperative care of a patient.
