Abstract:

Bakalářská práce charakterizuje činnosti předcházející sestavení účetní závěrky, analyzuje účetní výkazy a porovnává je spolu s výsledky hospodaření za uplynulá účetní období ve společnosti Vše pro komín. V rámci podrobné analýzy bylo zjištěno, že účetní jednotka se ocitla v prvním sledovaném roce ve ztrátě. Důvodem bylo pořízení dlouhodobého majetku financovaného z cizích zdrojů, což zapříčinilo vznik dodatečných nákladů v podobě úroků z úvěru. Autorka poukazuje na hlavní problém této účetní jednotky, kterým je především vysoká zadluženost, a tedy nedostatek vlastních zdrojů pro financování oběžných aktiv. Snaží se poskytnout také případná doporučení pro budoucí dopad epidemiologické situace. Ačkoliv se navyšuje roční úhrn čistého obratu, v posledním sledovaném roce začíná výsledek hospodaření opět klesat. Autorka dochází k závěru, že by se měl podnik zaměřit na splácení úvěrů a snažit se snižovat náklady především pomocí pozitivního přístupu k vedení účetnictví ze strany podniku, v rámci kterých by se v příštích letech mohl opět ocitnou ve ztrátě.

Abstract:

The aim of this Bachelor‘s thesis is the description of the activities of the company Vše pro komín, s.r.o. prior to the preparation of the financial statements, analysis of the financial records and their comparsion with the results of the operations of the previsous accounting periods. A detailed analysis revealed that in the first year that is reviewed in this thesis the entity was loss-making. The reason of high costs was the acquisition of fixed assets financed from external sources and related payments of interests on the loan. The author points out the main problem of this patricular accounting unit which is mainly high indebtedness and thus the lack of its own resources to finance current assets. She also seeks to provide potencial recommendations for the future impact of the epidemiological situation. Although the annual net turnover increases, during the last year under review the profit starts to decline again. Therefore, the conclusion is that the company should focus on loan repayment and try to reduce costs primarily through its positive approach to bookkeeping because with lack of caution it could find itself in loss again in the upcoming years.
