Analysis of the increase in traffic accidents in number of traffic accidents due to drugs and addictive substanced consumed by drivers

Abstract:

Předložená bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na důvody užívání návykových látek u řidičů motorových vozidel a rozbor jednotlivých příčin mající vliv na nárůst dopravních nehod. Práce bude vycházet z popisu vývoje české drogové scény a vlivu návykových látek na řidiče motorových vozidel s následnými dopady na dopravu. Zaměřuje se na důvody nárůstu osob užívajících návykové látky řidiči motorových vozidel, konkrétně na alkohol. Zároveň se zabývá riziky, dopady a následky užívání návykových látek u řidičů motorových vozidel a ve stručnosti představí zákony zohledňující tuto problematiku. V praktické části je realizováno výzkumné šetření, jehož cílem je zjistit příčiny nárůstu řidičů pod vlivem návykových látek. Zároveň bude obsahovat výzkumné otázky, na které bude v rámci prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření vyhodnocení odpovídáno. V závěru výzkumného šetření bude celkové vyhodnocení, sumarizace výsledků a zjištění. Praktická část je doplněna o grafy. V závěru práce je zhodnocena teoretická i praktická část, zdali bylo naplněno stanovených cílů a zároveň zde jsou předloženy návrhy a opatření pro přínos v oblasti dopravy.

Abstract:

The presented bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of causes affecting the increase in traffic accidents. The work will be based on the analysis of the Czech drug scene and the influence of addictive substances on motor vehicle drivers with subsequent impacts on traffic. The aim is to give a comprehensive explanation of the issue and to determine the effect of alcohol on drivers. It focuses on the reasons for the increase in the use of addictive substances by motor vehicle drivers. It also introduces the law as a tool for law enforcement in this area. The last chapter deals with the risks, impacts and consequences of substance use in motor vehicle drivers. In the practical part of the thesis, a research survey is carried out. The aim of the survey is to determine the number of drivers under the influence of addictive substances. At the same time, the research questions will be answered within the evaluation. At the end of the research survey, there will be an overall evaluation and summary of my results. Subsequently, an evaluation and summary of my results will be submitted. On the basis of which proposals will be submitted, that will benefit in the field of transport, specifically in connection with accidents caused by the influence of addictive substances.
